[Ltib] Patch for detecting glibc-devel package

Hello

The host dependencies check incorrectly reports 'glibc-devel' as not
installed on my 64 bit system.

The attached patch modifies Ltibutils.pm to look for /usr/lib64/libm.so
instead of /usr/lib64/libz.so
